Our Site Preparation
At Empire Sheds we recommend using 3/4″ crushed stone approximately 4 to 5″ deep for your shed foundation. We also advise sites to be a foot bigger than the shed to keep moisture away from the building. For properties with greater slopes we recommend a railroad tie wood border to ensure proper stability and level site for your shed.

Step 2. Lay Gravel
Lay down the crushed stone, level across the top and backfill around with soil
Step 3. Optional Border
For Properties with Higher Grade, We Recommend a Wooden Frame

For more challenging or confined sites, we employ a mule machine to expertly maneuver the shed into place, even in areas with limited access or uneven terrain.
